To request your High School Transcript

Please email the District Secretary, Tammy Freels:

Please provide the following information in the email: 

  • First and Last name (maiden name, if last name has changed)
  • Date of Birth
  • Year Graduated or years attended MSD
  • Phone number
  • email of who to send transcript to if it has to be sent directly from the school.
  • If you need an "official" sealed transcript mailed to a college, please provide the college information and address.
