To request your High School Transcript
Please email the District Secretary, Tammy Freels: tfreels@mansfield.wednet.edu
Please provide the following information in the email:
- First and Last name (maiden name, if last name has changed)
- Date of Birth
- Year Graduated or years attended MSD
- Phone number
- email of who to send transcript to if it has to be sent directly from the school.
- If you need an "official" sealed transcript mailed to a college, please provide the college information and address.
